There is a $40.00 charge for each additional person.

Guests are required to provide as a deposit the full amount
for a one-or two-night reservation. For three or more nights, a 2 night room rate deposit
will apply, which will be credited to the final two days of your reservation. Deposits
must be received within 7 days after making your reservation or your reservation cannot be
guaranteed. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. If you need to cancel or
shorten a stay, your deposit will be returned in full for a cancellation occurring more
than 14 days before the intended arrival date. For cancellation less than 14 days in
advance of reservation date, the deposit will be returned minus a $20.00 administrative
charge if we are able to re-rent the room. Any balance due is payable at check-in.

There is one off-street parking space available per room.
After check-out, automobiles must be removed to accommodate incoming guests.

For the comfort of all, smoking and pets are not permitted.

Our facilities are not suitable for children under 12.

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm or by special
arrangement. Check-out time is 11:00 am.

Most weekends require a two night minimum
stay.

Directions
From the North:
Take I-95 South through the For McHenry Tunnel (toll). After the tunnel, take I-395 North
toward Downtown Baltimore;/inner Harbor. Right on Conway Street, follow Conway 4 blocks to
right on Light Street, one block to right on Lee Street, one block to left on Charles
Street, two blocks to intersection of Montgomery and Charles. Inn is facing you on left
side. Park and enter from Charles Street.
From the South:
Take MD 295 North to Baltimore. Turn right on Hamburg Street (at Ravens Stadium), left on
Hanover, right on Montgomery one block to Charles. Inn is on right at Montgomery and
Charles. Park and enter from Charles Street. Or, take I-95 North to Baltimore to 395 North
(Downtown Baltimore/Inner Harbor) and follow directions for "From the North"
above.
From the Northwest:
Proceed South on I-83 (695 West, Exit to I-83 South) following signs to Baltimore (local
designation is Jones Falls Expressway). Continue to Lombard Street, turn right and drive
West on Lombard 6 blocks to Light Street. Turn left and drive 3 blocks, turning right on
Lee Street. Turn left on Charles Street and go 2 blocks to Montgomery & Charles. Inn
is on left. Enter from Charles Street.
From the West:
Using I-70 East, proceed to the intersection of Beltway 695 and go East to Exit 11-A. Take
I-95 North to Baltimore, to 395 North, to Downtown Baltimore/Inner Harbor to Conway.
Follow directions for "From the North" above.
We will give you separate directions to
off-street parking upon your arrival.
The entrance to the B&B is through the
iron gate on Charles Street.
